Sorry, this is hysterical, but also spot on for me too. If I'm eating well and then eat something high fat, into the bathroom. I account it to having had my gall bladder out, however.

Take benefiber and drink plenty of water if you're not getting enough fiber. That will help you on multiple fronts.

I Keep saying something like "this is great!" When I am eating something that I don't particularly want to eat, sometimes I need to say, "this is delicious!" It gets easier!

That is fantastic work!! I weigh daily just to watch how my body works. I totally relate to the person who gained 20 lbs without knowing, that's where I am right now. That's why I am back to weighing daily. Add me if you need a buddy!

279 is my highest weight ever. Medication has been my downfall and now I'm fighting an uphill battle. I am going to the gym to swim, but I can swim laps for about 15 minutes before I can't barely catch a breath! At home I am doing some treadmill maybe 1.5-1.8 mph around 15-20 mins. I learned the hard way that you can't push yourself to death or you quit and feel worse.
