Oh, me! If I weigh myself and don't like the number I'll weigh myself again to check. If it's the same number again I accept it but if I like the number the first time around I don't weigh myself again.

That makes me feel a wee bit better about going slightly over my goal recently! Hoping to start exercising again tomorrow if I get the all clear from the doctor.
-
Morning all! Been on track so far - or there abouts! Keeping as close to 1,200 Cals as possible. Weight has maintained exactly since Sunday which I know is a good thing but it's driving me nuts!

I'd kill to have your pooch rather than mine!

Female 25 5'1 145.5lb No exercise due to injury atm

I do. It was a general point rather then a question. Was more wondering if there was science behind it or just personal preference.
-
The point is 3-400 Cals does fill me. 200 doesn't. The days I had baguettes/cereal&&toast I was fine, not hungry :)
-
I know it's not huge but it's big for me. I used to be a 30g cereal with skimmed milk kinda person! The baguettes were on my non-plan day, not a regular occurrence I promise! I'm not a huge fan of cooked breakfast. I can just about eat in the morning but the smell of cooking makes me nauseous. I've either been having more…

Me! ☺️ Not sure I'd count for #milf but I do have a tiny terror who turns 2 this month

&& mine - but I'm pretty boring.

The only way I've found 1,200cals sustainable is having 3 meals of 3-400cals and a couple of snacks. Having a big breakfast seems to help.

Yeah that has been a big shake up for me - haha! Feel cheated losing calories on an apple when I didn't used to lose points! WW is great, I'd recommend it to anyone, but I was just following it too long and needed something new to focus me.
-
Noted - thanks! Under eating is definitely not a problem for me :) I've lost around 40st so far following weight watchers but just trying to shake it up a bit for my last 14lb so I'm fairly new to calorie counting.
-
Usually I'd agree, I clearly have no issues eating 1,200 calories or I wouldn't be overweight - haha! But today I'm just not hungry! I guess I might be as the day goes on, though, it's only 2pm after all, but I'm usually on around 7,000-8,000cals by now!

Okay, so question - Yesterday I had 2,500 calories(ish). My daily goal is 1,200 which I've been sticking to each day. Today I've had around 300 cals so far, I'm just not hungry - because I gorged yesterday! Should I aim to be under my 1,200 today? Or should I eat my 1,200 even if I'm not hungry? Logic tells me I should eat…

50ml of milk weighs 80g. I measured it in a jug then poured it onto the cup on the scales so I didn't have to take both the jug and scale to work.
-
I eat about 1,000 cals of pizza yesterday. Not even sorry. Curbed a craving && I can now move on.

My bum gets sore when I'm in the bath. Possibly cause there's less padding.
-
I believe the recommended was 20g? Not sure though, it was a while ago. Gone slightly over today now, to stave off the worst of the headaches. Thanks for everyone's help, I'll keep an eye on your suggestions.

Omg I'm so with you. Months ago I decided to stop drinking diet coke. Heroin withdrawal has nothing on how I felt that day (I'd imagine, I've not actually experienced it!). But no, still had my diet coke. Trying to cut down gradually this time.
-
I'm usually quite carb heavy, even when on weight watchers, so it's possible that cutting carbs is a factor - I had a similar reaction to the Dukan diet. Today shouldn't be as bad, though, but possibly still less carbs than my 'norm'
-
I don't, particularly, but headaches tend to make me vomit. It could be entirely coincidental, of course.

Today I've upped the water and drank about 2litres plus a 330ml soft drink. Yesterday probably slightly less. No exercise of note, some walking today but nothing huge. 5'2 149lb Hope that helps!
