Salad, with sliced chicken, vegetables, balsamic vinagrette, almongs and cranberries. We have a great salad bar at work. I try and keep my lunch below 350 calories so this works for me.

Long walk with the dog and yoga...both complete!

Not really a recipe but you can scramble them with ham and cheese, or make an omelet. I made an omelet this morning with one egg and one egg white, cheese and spinach. Delish!

Quitting is HARD! I quit 28 years ago and I still remember the cravings and irritability. Power through! Avoid activities where you used to smoke and focus on one day at a time. It’s soooo worth it!

Thank you all for sharing. I’m starting to look up new recipes. We did try tomatoless ketchup tonight...beet based by Foraging Fox...delish!

My daughter has autoimmune disorders, too. Graves Disease. Just recently had Radioactive Iodine treatment. Hugs to you...

Should've searched before posting a new post. Yes, nightshade sensitivity is a thing. I have child who loves spaghetti and meatballs, anything with a red sauce, but over the past six months, she's developed an almost allergic reaction...violent vomiting the morning after. She's been to the ER three times because the…

Cauliflower rice or zoodles made out of zucchini, squash and carrots. My local store sells them fresh and packaged.

OMG, nighttime can be my downfall! It's sooo easy to grab a cookie, or a handful of cheezits...it's just mindless eating. I prefer to drink my calories, so if I have a glass of wine, I won't snack. Tea is a good second choice. Otherwise---and this is not the best solution, but it works for me---I go hide upstairs and read.…

53 here. I've had success logging with MFP and doing yoga. Started a new job in May and have had 5 lbs creep up, so I started daily logging again this week. It's a slippery slope. I maintained easily at 126-128 (I'm 5'5") for about three years and then this year started seeing the scale move up. Slow and steady wins the…

Ganglion cyst! I have one on the inside of my right wrist. It can't be drained, because it's too close to major arteries. I've been putting pressure on it to see if the stuff inside will go leak out on it's own. Anyone else have this experience? It's painful.

SW: 145 CW: 131.1 GW: 128 I need accountability too! I was below my goal in March, but after starting a new job in May, I've been eating a lot more processed food!

LOL! I did the exact same thing! But gorgeous weather = sauvignon blanc for me! Life happens...

My daughter has autoimmune issues...Graves. She recently had a colonoscopy and endoscopy to rule out Crohns...which she doesn’t have but still not feeling well. We’re mulling with AIP....her endo basically said some foods are anti-inflammatory and recommends eating those...basically avoiding fast and processed, but wasn’t…

At 52, I just went a year without a period! Hooray! For me, the annoying part was the hot flashes. My periods stayed regular, just lighter, and then nothing since last February! No weight gain. Good luck!

Breakfast for dinner! Bacon, hash browns, scrambled eggs and blueberry or chocolate chip pancakes...all in moderation!

Dunkin’ Donuts, made in an upscale Mr. Coffee, black.

Thanks everyone, for the insight! We will probably start using it as one of our regular spices because it has so many positives. My daughter has Graves’ disease and is now being tested for Celiac. Sucks when your own immune system is working against you. There are no easy answers or wonder drugs, that’s for sure.

Fave is corned beef hash, home fries, two fried eggs and toast! But that’s my treat breakfast—usual is hb egg, piece of fruit, or cottage cheese with fruit, sometimes oatmeal...always 3 cups of coffee..black

WWs is always recognized as a good “diet” because it teaches people that healthy eating is a lifestyle change. I used the program over 10 years ago and lost 25 lbs...mostly after-2-kids-turning-40-eating-leftover-happy-meal weight. It taught me how to make good choices—free/zero/low point foods—which help now using MFP,…

Start Weight: 133 (1/1/19) Challenge Start Weight: 131.2 Challenge Goal: 127 WEEK 1: 130.2 A positive thought: I am going through a really difficult time at work and am focused on remaining peaceful. Start Weight: 133 (1/1/19) Challenge Start Weight: 131.2 Challenge Goal: 127 A positive thought: It's after lunch, and I still feel energized and not like a need a nap!
