I need the accountability, thanks for posting. I’m restarting after losing/regaining 20#s, and it’s going so slow😩.
Great job KristenMary70!

I need accountability too! I was below my goal in March, but after starting a new job in May, I've been eating a lot more processed food!5 -

THE SCALE IS GOING IN THE WRONG DIRECTION!!! That's OK, though - I am back on track with an eating plan for the week. And all is right with the world...3 -

@yourfitnessenemy , slow and steady wins the race. Just don't quit and you won't fail!2 -
SW - 210.8 lbs. on 8/31/2019
CW - 171.4 lbs. on day one after returning from a vacation during which I ate more than normal and didn't have the benefit on monthly weigh-in like I've done like clockwork every single day since 8/31/2019 until going on vacation 9 days ago. Last weigh-in before today was on 9/3/2019 at 170.9 lbs.
GW - I'm in maintenance and my ideal weight range is 170-175 lbs. I reset it on 9/1/2019, prior to this reset, it was 172-177 lbs.

I was 178 in March. New job and stress led to a 20lb regain. Starting again this week. I’ve done it before I can do it again!!!4 -

I lost count on how many times I've started over. This time is different. Every time I would completely reck my progress after one mess up. Not this time. I messed up last week and finally learned to forgive myself, get back up on that horse, and keep going! I also mended my relationship with food this time around. No more emotional eating. 😊4 -
Hey, yinz guys! Happy weigh-in day! Let's see those numbers, good bad and ugly!

5.4lbs down in one week. But that’s pretty normal for a first week starting. It will steady.

156.7 today. Which means I am up 1.4 since this thread started. I have been going uo and down, but never below my CW at that time. I am reminding myself that this is a process and I have still done a really good job. I have been back on track with my eating and walking for a weekk now, so the numbers will drop if I remain mindful and remember why I am doing this! Here's to healthy living!2 -

Wish I could “like” and “hug” the same post. Such a healthy attitude! Thanks again for starting this thread, between this one and a monthly tracking thread I am finally making a little progress.1 -

Holy crap. 157.1. Why does the scale continue to go up? Trying not to be discouraged.5
