Wacky work selfie. As a side note; how come the average hotness rating of women on here is so high?

It comes down to preference (as ong as you're healthy). I think you look amazing as-is, but if you wanted to lose more, in my opinion, 10lbs is the most you should lose. Any more and I think it wouldn't suit you.

It will most likely make you gain weight (which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but you should know). Get pure powdered creatine monohydrate (if it's pure brand doesnt matter) and take a semi-heaping teaspoon (5g) every day, whenever.

I dont know what you're into, but I prefer heavyish stuff for working out, as I find it gets me pumped. Rock/hard rock at the least. Slipknot (heavy metal) Disturbed (heavy metal) Five Finger Death Punch (heavy metal) Seether (grunge/metal) Shinedown (just a hard rock band)

The caffeine in the pre-workout is what gives you energy, and also increases your heart rate. Drinking multiple cups of coffee or an energy drink increases your risk the same as pre-workout, but I wouldn't worry too much if you're healthy. Dont overdose, and if your heart rate gets too high, then stop.

High intensity interval training is the best way to burn fat. Sprints, with short rest periods. They also build muscle mass on the legs, where as most forms of cardio burn muscle.
-
I definitely recommend high intensity interval training for cutting body fat

I agree with the above post. Everyone is different and you have to find what works for you, but 1200 does seem a bit low. I would try 1500 for a week and note the results. Combine that with exercise and you're golden!

Quiet: Rarely more than 6 people in the entire gym. Cheap: 250$ a year. Friendly: Same people every night, and a small community vibe.

If you can't meet your calorie goals, a protein shake can also be useful - not to replace meals, but to add. They are calorie dense and obviously have lots of protein.

I've tried over 25 brands, and so far Quest seems to hold up best for taste and texture.

Your body just adapts to strain. If you started a new job that required you to be on your feet the entire time, then your feet might be sore at first. The veterans, however, probably dont have that issue.

I'm down :)
