Hello, and welcome back. I think you should up your calorie intake from 1200 for sure. (hope i got that # right, alot of #s in your post)lol. Cause 11lbs in 12 days is an unhealthy amount of weight to lose. Keep taking in the healthy calories aswell. Id say up your calorie intake up to 1800 a day. I mean you are walking a good bit. Do basic bodyweight excerises 3-4 days a week. Start slow and slowly progress. Another thing i always recommend is weigh urself the same time everyday.

I agree with the above post. Everyone is different and you have to find what works for you, but 1200 does seem a bit low. I would try 1500 for a week and note the results. Combine that with exercise and you're golden!

Exercise is great for your body and helping to tone up. It will make a difference but I have been told by numerous people that your food intake is worth 80% and exercise is worth 20% when it comes to losing weight. So yes, even if you just eat very well, it's possible to lose a lot of weight. Congratulations on losing 12 lbs already btw!

    Connect your accounts at http://www.myfitnesspal.com/fitbit

Set your goal to .5 lb. for every 25 lbs. you're overweight: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals_guided

    Enable negative calorie adjustments: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings

In the MFP app, go to More > Steps and choose Fitbit.

Ignore your Fitbit calorie goal and follow MFP's, eating back your adjustments. No need to log any step-based activity—your Fitbit is tracking it for you. Log non-step exercise (like swimming or biking) either in Fitbit or in MFP—never both. Exercise logged in MFP overwrites your Fitbit burn during that time.
