Need to gain weight!

I've 26 and have been skinny my whole life. Have a 3100 calorie intake a day. I need some meal ideas. Don't know what to eat. Want to gain weight and build muscle! Any advice is appreciated!!

Brown rice. Eggs. Oatmeal. Sweet potatos, avacado's. Olive oil. Chicken. Turkey... any type of lean meat. Whole grain bread. Wheat pasta. Yams. Peanut butter will become your best friend.0

If you can't meet your calorie goals, a protein shake can also be useful - not to replace meals, but to add. They are calorie dense and obviously have lots of protein.0
