Get good sleep, snack on nuts and veggies (snap peas are good) and make time for activity... i know first hand how hard it is to lose weight and it is super hard for me too. Stay relentless!

Lol... I wish there was a low calorie/carb wine... drinking is my Achilles heel too. This app is always an eye opener when you see how many calories alcohol has

I find that the best thing to do is create a motivational playlist while you exercise. You know that song you love to sing and dance to in your car when nobody is looking?
