I need to stick to the plan

I was doing great last year (although I wasn't losing alot) with eating healthier and going to the gym regularly. I took on more responsibility at work and found myself making excuses and avoiding a healthier lifestyle. Any support and advice would be welcome. Thank you!

    Get in the habit of logging everyday, good or bad! Just do it. See where you can make improvements. And welcome back :)
