Dont give up!

Options
I recently went to the doctor for a routine check up and realized I was 25 pounds heavier than I thought. I need to lose at least 50 to get my self confidence back... I have been diligent with the gym, but changing my diet is super hard.

What works for you?
Any words of support or wisdom appreciated!

    Track, Track and Track! :)
Tracking the food I eat each day is vital for me to stay on plan.
I too visited the doctor in April and was told I'd put on 28lbs since last night I visited. It was horrible :(

After daily tracking, I am down 30lbs and loving this journey!
    Best of luck!

I have been good with the gym, and getting better with cardio. It is certainly going to be a lifestyle change!
