It hasn't seemed to affect my eating or sleeping habits but it definitely screwed me up when I tried to go for a run after work. Guess I'll have to find a new route

I'm somewhere along the ISTJ/INTJ line.

I keep a whole stash of Quest and Kind bars in my desk.

When I lived at home, we hardly ate any of our meals together. We all had different schedules so for the most part we ate breakfast at different times. We were never together for lunch due to work and school. When I was younger, we did have dinner together most nights. But as my brother and I got older family dinners…

5-6. Length depends on the activity. If I go to a class, it's about an hour, 45-60 minutes if I'm lifting, and about 30 if I'm running.

Eat the Bear is amazing. But now that I have bills, I go for ON Gold Standard. Tastes great and I can buy twice as much for the same cost as a 2lb container of ETB. Quest protein is pretty good too, but I really only use it because it's a lot better for baking than ON is.

I stopped tracking. Every time I tired to start back up, I found I'd be really discouraged if I went over my goal, and then I'd just give up for that day, and keep eating without logging. OR I would find myself with a low net, and be like "heck yeah I can eat 8 oreos" or some b.s. like that. Now I just try to make better…

Cheat days are mostly for sanity. I don't do cheat days, but usually once a week I'll go out and enjoy myself for a meal. I don't bother to log it, and I don't necessarily make a point to pick the healthiest thing on the menu. That being said, I also don't use it as an excuse to go all-out and eat to my hearts desire.

I used to have a roommate that would pre-portion all of her cereal into plastic baggies. Depending on what you preference of cereal is, you may have to make a choice. Try Amazon. If you can't find something you like there, you're probably out of luck.

Welcome! I'm 23, so feel free to add me.

As long as you've been doing well, don't sweat it.

I'm going to be a ghost in the sense that I plan to bail on any plans I made for Halloween.

1/2 cup eggs whites + a scoop of protein powder. Top as desired. I usually add a touch of cinnamon and a splash of almond milk, and top with chocolate chips or peanut butter. Mmm.

Basically the same, sticking to the healthier options. I can't not have dessert...they're practically my calling. So I just decide which one is the most worth it and just have one.

Ice cream. Oh dear yes. Doesn't help that I'm mildly lactose-intolerant. Because if I'm going to willingly kill my stomach and intestines, you better bet I'm going to go all-out.

Carrots or pretzels with hummus. Hard-boiled egg. Jerky. Popcorn or corn puffs

Yep. It's not a matter of IF you get cancer, but when. Some of us will just manage to die before it hits us. Basically, everything is a carcinogen.

I'll skip lunch or dinner before I ever think about skipping breakfast.

I'm here every day! I'll add you ☺

Oh hai der. Welcome.

Hey! I'm 23 and I'm done with college and working full time, but I'm always busy so feel free to add me too!

I quit drinking soda for a few years. Since re-introducing it to my diet, I've actually found that it curbs my sugar cravings. But if you're finding the opposite, then yeah, you should probably stop drinking it.

I'm 23 with about 16 pounds to go...I'll add you.

I'm 23 and my goal is 20lbs. Adding all of you.
