I use premium. For less than 5$/month I think it's worth it because I can set my macros exactly where I want them and I can add exercise without it changing my daily goals. Also, no ads.

I used to eat them all the time before they changed the formula. I've since switched to the MusclePharm ones.

Usually once every other week I like to eat something that would definitely not fit my calorie/macro goals. Sometimes that one thing is a whole pizza, a pint of ice cream, a giant frozen yogurt, whatever I'm craving. I don't log it, and I make sure everything else I eat aside from that fits my goals. It keeps me sane.

Brownie batter. Or the special springtime/christmas/halloween ones with the designs and colored frosting (because I'm a child)

Shampoo, soap, flip flops, towel, head towel, small towel, a set of clothes, brush, boxing gloves and wraps, maybe a protein bar, headphones, other random crap.

Zumba. Or running (which isn't my preference, but it is the majority of my cardio)

I usually pick one of the ones with a higher calorie count. Better safe than sorry.

I have a family party on December 12th that I plan to indulge. I won't log but I plan on eating mindfully this year. That's pretty much it though. My social life isn't all there this year and many of the things I usually do on Christmas eve and Christmas aren't happening this year so it should be fairly easy.

I use it because I like to custom set my macros. I also like being able to log my exercise without it affecting my calorie goal. Also, I hate ads with a passion.

Hi, I too struggle with binge eating. I've been pretty good but I also have nights where I've eaten myself sick. It's frustrating but I'm trying to overcome it.

It hasn't seemed to affect my eating or sleeping habits but it definitely screwed me up when I tried to go for a run after work. Guess I'll have to find a new route
