Haven't checked in for a few days. Had a productive, active weekend. Enjoyed myself but didn't go overboard. Down a little more on the scale this morning! Goals for today: 12k steps, stay under 1500 calories, and drink at least 3 bottled of water. My water intake has been a little low lately.

I got my 12,000 steps yesterday, and did my 20 minutes of cardio. I went a little over my 1500 calories, but was still under my exercise adjusted goal. Today I want to get the 12k steps again, stay under my calories, and avoid any kind of sweets or junk food snacks. Only fruits and healthy snacks!

Went on a mini vaca this weekend and did a pretty good job. Stayed close to my calorie goals, but did a lot of walking so I think it balanced out.
