Mine is because I just had baby #3 and the father of my baby is a bigger guy. I want to always look better than him so he doesn’t ever find someone better looking and leave me. And hoping I can motivate him to get in shape when I start getting into shape.

Mine is $20 a month. I was going every day, but have been slacking recently. I need to start going again though! My membership includes a personal trainer, all the workout equipment, massage beds, tanning beds, everything! I love it!

I am now hitting my weak point when it comes to smoking. I just finished lunch, a healthy lunch that I portioned out just right. But I still feel hungry. I don't want to because I know that's not the answer. The only other option that I can think of is to step outside and have a cigarette.

Thank you all so much! You're advice is just awesome and what I need. It also doesn't help that 99% of the people around me are also smokers, so it's so easy to be out and about and just bum a cigarette when I am trying to quit. But all of your advice and motivation is awesome, thank you so much!

Depending on what gym you use, you can ask about personal trainers! I know the gym I go to, there's a personal trainer that's included with your membership and you can make appointments to talk to her and she sets up a workout routine and everything with you!

I know for me at least, if I get up and get into the shower right away, that always wakes me up a little bit quicker. Thank for your rude opinion, but I didn't ask for it. I'm a single mom with two jobs and two young children. I spend most of my time working and then when I'm home, between watching my kids and cleaning, time isn't exactly something I have a lot of. It's not "lazy" to be busy.
