I did 2 Leslie miles today. Wish I could set big goals but I do what time permits at 5am before work....do 1 hour of weights 3 nights a week also. I would like to try for 4 mornings a week vs. my 3 then weekend walking/hiking. Keep walking everyone, walk, walk, walk.

I walked 4 miles today through a quaint town then onto their greenway oay with my husband Gary. It was a beautiful, sunny 50 degrees. Loved it.

Gosh, did 2 miles with Leslie today...5 Day Walk Yourself Slim....I forget to log somedays...I lose track...darn brain fog. I am keeping up though with 3 days a week of weight work for about 45 to 60 minutes and my 2 mile walking about 4 days a week.

Husband wanted to ride bike for first time this year so I did 5 miles on bicycle and weights at home......did not walk today.

Walked 30 minutes to Leslie's Walk It Off In 30 Days...great pace on this dvd. Had trouble with my eating too much today, but my goal with food is to just try to eat healthier. Would love to lose 40 lbs. but this time of life is killing me. Onward and upward.☺

Today I hiked with my husband. It was 61 degres in NC and perfect hiking weather. I hiked 4.5 miles , up and down hills. It was great. Looking forward to February walks and hikes.
