If you average the calories out over the week you will probably see that you are still just fine. If you are a few hundred calories over you can plan some extra cardio to compensate. I have been on 15 cruises and gain at least 7 pounds every time. And most of it is water retention. My daily breakfast is a sandwich thin with 2 pieces of bacon and a slice of 2% slices cheese. My midmorning snack is a cup of grapes. All this is 290 calories and holds me well until lunch.

I have the same breakfast every morning but it works well for me calorie wise and keeps me full until lunch. I have a sandwich thin with 2 pieces of bacon and a slice of 2% cheese. I also have a cup of grapes mid morning. 290 calories for all of it. Sometimes I add another 50 calories for some Trop 50 orange juice.

Laughing cow cheese wedge with a few crackers or apples. I also love a stick of cheese with grapes. When trying to get more protein I will take a slice of cheese and wrap ham or turned around it. I bring that to work in my lunchbox and it does the 3:00 trick while everyone else heads to the vending machine.
