How do you come up with these calories? Is there a name for this strategy?

I was thinking about doing something like Mon-900 Tue-900 Wed-1,400 Thur-900 Fri-1,400 Sat-900 Sun-1,400 Since my original calorie intake is 1,200 and if I try doing this, do you think it'll all workout the same?

I live with my family which won't stopping buying cereal just because I said xD but i think I should just stop using dairy? I think that may help. Cutting out cereal 100% because it's hurting me in the long run.
