binging-over eating 12 week plan tips
So now that I feel like ive over come my BED I know have these random moments where I over eat! And I think I have found a solution to my binge trigger! If I lost some pounds, do I enter my morning weight or my weight before I go to bed? I've always had this question on my mind. And would you suggest me updating my weight or just leave it as is? ( I have fitbit conn to MFP)

Ex: cal intake is 1,400 and fitbit says I burned 400 cals for this whole day saying I can eat 1,800 in total for the day. My question is that its best to not eat those extra calories right?
