Updating weight.

If I lost some pounds, do I enter my morning weight or my weight before I go to bed? I've always had this question on my mind. And would you suggest me updating my weight or just leave it as is? ( I have fitbit conn to MFP)

    Morning or evening, just pick one. It's all relative.

    Enter your weight the same time every day. I do mine in the morning, after my daily...well...whatever I do first thing in the morning. You weigh less in the morning, and are less affected by water retention first thing in the morning. Whatever you decide, do it the same way ever day.

    early morning would be best,after you go to the bathroom and while naked or in your undies and before you have eaten. before you go to bed you will still have some food that hasnt digested,possible water retention from sodium and so on. update weight with every 10-20 lbs you lose
