Well, if its just me being mental then I'm totally okay with it since I've been able to stop taking my antacid and my stomach relaxer (pain) pills for the first time and not need them. It may not be the ACV, who knows, but whatever is happening I'm absolutely fine with it. :)

Yep lol. I have endometriosis, and its extremely painful. I haven't had an actual period in 3 months because I've been on birth control, but I have bled and cramped every single day for 3 months (lightly). Its even caused some anemia. I doubt it would make a difference. Though I prefer to run/walk outside. I feel like I accomplish more when I do/try harder. If you don't have a destination I would make sure you're going fast enough, compare timing when you walk outside and when you do inside and make sure you're not slowing down either way.
