  • To be sure, WEIGH & LOG what you eat -- regardless of what you eat -- that'd tell you if you're eating too much or not? After a week or two, you will do 1 of 3 things: lose, stay the same weight or gain. Then tweet things.

  • I looooooooove boiled eggs with A1 sauce on them. Like a little dollop, take a bite, add more and so on. Soooo good! And I'll also chop up an egg or two and add 1/2 of a diced avocado with it.   • absolutely!!! I typically drink 300cals a day in the form of almond milk, heavy cream in my coffee, etc. And its even more if I were to categorize my protein shakes as a drink. Absolutely log them. Some drinks could be 100's of cals and definitely contribute to weight gain or lack of loss without considering them.
  • Without more info, its hard for anyone to help you. IF, you are actually WANTING help. What did you eat? What are your daily calorie allowances? How much exercise are you doing? How much are you drinking? If your really wanting insight and help, you have to be honest with yourself and be more transparent so ppl can help.
