HI ladies! I'm due Sept 22. First time mum and I'm 6weeks + 3 days. I'm having terrible morning sickness and nausea. I've been trying all the hacks and man its rough. I'm trying to stay at maintenance -when I've logged but it's a struggle just to eat healthy to be honest.

I tried it about a year and 3 mths ago. I did for only a month. It was crazy expensive having to buy their food then fruit veges dairy etc on top of that + my partners foods. Cooking the meals was easy but then seeing my partner eat nicer food was hard! Some meals were yum and some were terrible. I think the breakfast was…

What these guys said ^^ Better to face reality now and get back on track than in 3 months or more. I would go to the doctor to talk about it. They might refer you to a counsellor and or dietitian or even anti depressants. In the mean time when your feeling 'strong' step on those scales. Give your self 10 minutes to be…

Go with how you feel on the day? I always take it easy the first 3 days and maybe try to do more walking but once it gets lighter and the cramps have eased then I feel 'normal' and full of energy. Maybe try starting with light exercise and see how that goes.

Congratulations too!

Probably not worth risking the growth of your unborn child. talk to your doctor or midwife etc before making any changes but I would suggest maintenance.

My SO is somewhat supportive. He will eat the junkfood I buy so I can't eat it (lol), if cooking veges he will help me weigh items an will eat what I cook for him. However he won't cook healthy - adds loads of butter, oil, cheese etc. I got to my weight by eating as much as him and eating what he eats. Plus no exercise.…

Happens to me all the time. So last week I spent some time prepping boiled eggs, carrot sticks etc in a container in the fridge. So if I'm feeling like munching I can make healthy choices.

About 18 months to be honest. I've had some really difficult personal stuff during this time. Mum passing away suddenly. Complicated grief, depression and anxiety, brother abusing me emotionally (now cut off), loss of job. I know that there is NO excuse for gaining so much. I was / am in denial.
