Wow! Incredible. Totally inspired. Thank you for sharing!

I have one, she is three months old and ebf. I read that you burn approximately an extra 20 cal per oz produced and I estimate I'm at 32 oz per day, so I've been doing 640 (and losing consistently).

Many others have said it, but you easily look ten years younger.

I'm focusing on logging every bite and staying under my calorie limit. And I wear a Fitbit which motivates me to get moving for the extra calories. Down 16 pounds since Christmas. Oh yea - breastfeeding helps a ton!!

It would be nice if we could manually set the time at which the new day begins, to avoid going over at the last minute/hour. (ex 10pm instead of midnight). Do you know if this is possible?

Amazing! Your "after" photo reminds me of Julia from Parenthood. How tall are you? I hope I look half that good at 210.

Glad to read all your stories. My daughter is 13 weeks and I have 1.5 pounds until I'm to my pre-pregnancy weight. And then five more after that until I'm at my pre-preg weight from my son (he's 3). Setting small goals and trying not to be in a hurry! I'm mostly just focusing on diet.. logging every bite and staying under…

I cook all my own baby food! I've never bought baby food at the store.

I read somewhere to add 20 calories per oz. My son ate 4 oz, eight times per day (approx). 32x20 = 640. So that's what I add daily for my daughter (she's 13 weeks). I've been doing this approach since Christmas and have lost 16 pounds. It gives me a ton of calories (2,110 currently) which is great because breastfeeding…

I have recently changed my meal planning cycle. I used to grocery shop on the weekends and create a meal plan starting on Monday morning. Recently I started using online grocery ordering, so I order on Thursday, pick up on Friday, and my meal plan for the week starts on Saturday morning. This is been a huge help to me in…

And yes! Lots of weekend meal prep and freezer meals! I also do Home Chef. But instead of working out with my extra time, I try to rest.

I have a 3-year-old and a 3-month-old. Right there with you on the sleep deprivation. I'm taking the same path as some pp's have mentioned.. focusing on calorie deficit, water intake, and getting as much rest as I can. Once this little baby is sleeping better, I will add in workouts.

Congratulations!

Hi, I have a 3-year-old son, and a 12-week-old daughter (c-section) who is exclusively breastfed. I have about seven more pounds before I'm at my pre-pregnancy weight, and then many many more to lose after that. Feel free to add me! Would love to have some support from folks in a similar stage of their life. Rachel

I sent you a request! I love gaming.. these days I have two very young children so it's tough to find the time, but I played WoW for years and love FPS and adventure video games (PC and Xbox One). I ❤ GoT, Walking Dead, Rick and Morty, Marvel, Star Wars, and in general being a nerd with my husband. And turning our kids…

I had a slice of birthday cake and a glass of wine last night. And was down 4 1/2 pounds on the scale this morning...

I did this "7 crock pot freezer meals in 30 minutes" session. It was SO EASY. And really did take 30 minutes. We've eaten about half the meal so far, and they've been good. http://newleafwellness.biz/2016/04/10/7-crockpot-freezer-meals-in-30-minutes/

I get hungry within a couple hours of waking, so I always eat breakfast. It's typically something substantial - hearty oatmeal, avocado and hard boiled egg on whole wheat toast, egg casserole, breakfast sandwich, etc.

We do Home Chef and love it. Tonight's dinner was romaine salad w/grape tomatoes, roasted walnuts and blue cheese, tossed with a Dijon vinaigrette and topped with sliced steak, honey caramelized onions and freshly toasted French bread croutons. 625 calories, delicious and very filling. There is a wide range of calorie…

Fish cakes and salad for dinner

Love Home Chef. First time customers get $30 off their first week. No commitment; I suggest trying it out. I just finished making and eating fish cakes and salad and it was delicious! I'm weird and take lots of food pictures so I have other Home Chef pics too if you want to see them.

My daughter is 10 weeks old and I'm about 10 pounds over my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm breastfeeding which means I'm starving all the time. Trying to focus on tracking all food and staying under my max calories - everything else can wait! I need simple in my life right now.
-
Please add me! I turn 33 in a couple of weeks and have some work to do in 2017.

I have a ways to go and I'm not racing, but I'd love to join you guys!
