My fitness goals include do losing weight — around 15 pounds. I know this will be achieved by a calorie deficit, and as one user above put it, a deliberate eating plan. In terms of what exercise can help me achieve, I’d like a stronger, leaner figure with more defined muscles.

I buy a family sized bag of premixed kale salad (with shredded Brussels sprouts, cabbage, etc) and just put some in a container out each morning. I eat oatmeal and half a banana for breakfast, with a serving of natural peanut butter stirred in!! So good, and adds a bit of protein.

I've used hummus, thinned out with water, as a dressing for spinach salad with tomatoes and a cut-up veggie burger patty. So good.

Either a small movie theatre popcorn, or a freezer size ziplock bag of popcorn from home! With some brands, and/or depending how you prepare it, you can get lots of popcorn for not too many calories.

I like bean salad- white kidney beans with avocado, cherry tomatoes or quartered heirloom tomatoes, salt and pepper, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Not sure about sugar in the glaze but you could always make your own balsamic reduction.

Coffee! To reduce milk you could get an Americano misto, or a coffee misto. That's half steamed milk. I get mine with a pump of gingerbread or cinnamon dolce syrup.

I just deal with brushing and flossing. I eat 3 meals plus snack in between lunch and dinner, and after a couple weeks it just became a mindless habit to brush and floss again, it just became routine. It was tougher to not be able to sip coffee or tea whenever i want! I also keep a travel size listerine around for eating…

I've been using videos from pop sugar/pop fitness on YouTube. I really like them. Also, Cassey Ho's blogilates series of videos too.
