  • I'm down 19 lbs. so far. The only people who have said anything are people who I have previously talked to about my weight loss journey. I think weight is such a touchy subject for a lot of people that most just don't mention it. It does feel nice when someone notices but I understand why most people don't comment.

  • I personally use unsweetened almond milk if I need a little extra creaminess in my breakfast shakes. Almond Breeze is just 30 calories per 8oz serving, 2.5g fat, 2g carbs (0 sugar), and 1g protein. When added to a protein shake, it doesn't add too many extra calories.
