    Argh, went backward this week, but started some new weight training on Wed. Was hoping it was going to be enough time to drop the water retention weight from the sore muscles, but not quite long enough. It's all good, and nice to now know why the weight popped up a bit rather that just being some mysterious weight fluctuation. Can already tell I'm less sore today from the same workout as Wed. Next week will be awesome, assuming I don't have TOM water retention...lol...it's always something! ;)

    Even though my weight is down this week, I'm really struggling with food. Not sure why I am craving carbs; I think I might just be tired and want a "lift." Going to try to get more sleep and drink more water to see if that helps. Also, I notice that some junk food has crept into my home, so it is time for a kitchen clean-out. I haven't purchased any Halloween candy, and I don't think I will. Also, I have to stop eating after dinner. This is a rule of mine that I keep breaking. I'm just so frustrated that I keep sabotaging myself after I should be done eating for the day.
