Back again by popular demand, I present our HOLIDAY WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE

Starting NOVEMBER 7 through JANUARY 30 we will go three full months on another journey together! This is a continuation of our Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring and Fall challenges 2015-2016 and everyone continues to do well to encourage one another that we are going to keep the momentum once again and begin another NEW challenge!

    I'm finally "normal weight"; want to lose the last 5 lbs between now and Christmas and figure out how to maintain and not gain it back....so I will keep checking in, and keep weighing in so I don't let it go. Thanks for the accountability!

    11/5: I weigh 148 (down from 177 this July). I'm 3 pounds from "normal" and am not sure what my goal weight will be, something below 140. Thanks for the challenge!

    HOLIDAY WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE

    I know the next three months are going to be a struggle for me - Halloween already did a number on my progress. At least I'm maintaining, and not seriously gaining considering I stuffed my face with candy at almost every chance I got.
    LETS DO THIS!
    thing I'm going to do this week to get back on track: make it a habit to tracking every meal / bite that goes into my mouth. I find that just acknowledging and admitting to myself what I've eaten helps me keep my calorie goals in check.
