Hello all! I am checking in. I stayed on track with working out everyday and also watching my calorie intake along with eating low carb. It's been hard to give up my glass of wine at night... but seeing the results is worth it!

Trying to become healthy again. I started (again) 23Oct16, so I have gone back 2 weeks on the timeline. I have re-started fitbit and cooking meals at home/eating healthy. Once the first two weeks passed and I got over the sugar cravings, it has been great. I love the taste of food again. I still eat out once a week (breakfast with church friends - at a really nice farm to market restaurant. If you've never had fresh eggs, your missing out).
The first weeks, I lost quite a bit of "water weight" and I feel like I will loose about 2# a week for the next couple of months, then drop down to 1lb a week.
My Initial Goal (By end of the year) - Onederland! (I haven't been there in a decade). I plan on becoming a permanent resident! Next goal (10# increments) until I reach a "normal BMI" for my height (<163#) with an ultimate goal in the 140 range (the weight I was in my early 30s)

I have been reeling from tuesday. I actually was down 6.5 pounds on saturday- not able to eat. But then, had my nieces over for the weekend and that helped. I am down this week. but not in a healthy way. going to regroup and get back into the swing and find the space to reflect on things and keep chugging along - at least the scales are heading in the right direction.
personal game plan this week: keep to my protein shakes (breakfast/lunch/snack) and then a normal dinner.
