I'm 5'8-9" and started at 260 on 1/1. I would like to be down to 160 as my first goal, but ideally 140-150. I'm eating 1600-1700 calories a day and getting at least 30 minutes of exercise in. I'm down six pounds in two weeks.

I had kidney stones when pregnant and was told absolutely no dark colored pop because of something in the coloring. They did okay Sprite.

I cut out pop because it was becoming a major problem. For me it's just best to cut it out, get over the caffeine headaches or replace with coffee, and forget about it. I was a serious Dr. Pepper addict.
