Mom of 3 youngest 2 months, trying to get in shape

I am new to this app, I’ve downloaded a few apps to try and help lose 70 lbs. I weigh 219.6 lbs and just started eating healthy yesterday and I feel like giving up already. I need motivation and encouragement. If there’s anyone willing to help out I’d greatly appreciate it. If there’s any new moms also struggling with getting into shape maybe we can help each other out.

    My wife has 2 kids and is not that much lighter than you and trying to do the same! Keep it up. I know how hard it can be

    Remember that a healthy lifestyle isn't a sprint, it's a marathon. Try not to get too overwhelmed with all of the info. Take things slow and you will reach your goals. Also set small goals, weekly goals for yourself. This will help your confidence.

    I added you! I have two littles and know that it can be hard chasing children while trying to work out! I lost 40 pounds pre-kids and if you stick with it around the 2-3 week mark it all becomes part of a routine. You got this!
