I don't do cheat meals or cheat days I just work whatever I wanna eat into my day and if I go over on my macros oh well it happens, life happens. I'm not talking 5,000 calories in a single meal but eating at maintenance as been working for me.

I have doing the 21 day Fix Extreme by beachbody right now and have these pre portioned containers for my food. For me it has been the best thing.

I got the Get into It and Turn it On Dvd's. I love them! I burned 335 and 332 calories respectively. I had so much fun doing both workouts. Feel Free to add me @momi2ashlynn

I drink wine and have a beer occasionally but I don't do it every night, and if I do I make it fit in my macros.

I do this on my rest day which is Sundays. I don't log any food or exercise, I just comment on people's posts and feeds for the day. It does give you a mental break. It has been great for me I am 3 months in and have lost 12 pounds.

I have been cycling for 4 years and is does help you lose weight. I recently started incorporating more exercise with my cycling and have lost 13 pounds since February. I cycle one day a week for 2 hours. The longest ride I have done is 54 miles.

I would love to join this challenge! I try and follow a gluten free diet. I find it helps with my Bi-polar disorder. SW 188 GW 168 I have been able to lose a pound a week so far and have lost 13 pounds so far. I exercise 6 days a week, including one day of moderate cycling.

I recently spoke to my Dr about this and she suggested once a week weigh-ins, and your body weight can fluctuate 5pounds in one day.

I eat the majority of my calories at breakfast. I eat anywhere from 300-500+ calories. I do a protein, and a carb. I usually workout after within (30min-1hour). It can be breakfast food, or leftovers from the night before just depends what I am in the mood to eat.

That is what I have been learning through my research. I guess I will stick with MFP.

No Cheat days here. I just work what I want to eat into my calories.
