How do you decide to stop being lazy? I myself am really lazy right now and it is hard to stop. It is ruining my weight loss journey. It is hard to even think about not being lazy. Let me know why and what made you deside to stop being lazy.

If I weighed 250 pounds would be less depressed and more capable of pushing myself to eat right and move more. I would also be able to go out in the world and create a life for myself resulting in e becoming more happy.

Right now I'm morbidly obese weighing in at 490 pounds. My goal weight is a healthy 200 pounds. That means that I want to lose 290 pounds.

I bought a pound of coconut oil about 2 weeks ago and it is still in the kitchen completely full cuz I don't know what to use it on. I bought it cuz it is said to be good fat for your diet. Cheat meals or days are for people who mostly their whole lives were eating junk food or unhealthy food but are trying to create a healthy lifestyle. It helps them commit to eating healthy cuz every once in awhile they will want a treat.

Right now I am weighing in at 485 pounds. My ultimate weight goal is 200 pounds. My mini weight loss goal right now is 20 pounds. After that I'm just going to keep on trying to lose 20 pounds.

Thanks everyone for your comments. I have to say I'm going to start off at 2000 calories per day. If I can't manage at that I'll keep increasing it by 100 calories but my maximum is 2500 calories per day.

Right now I have decided to walk on a treadmill each day while watching an hour long tv show each day along with doing a workout with my 5 pound dumbbells. Also every 2 hours I spend on my bed I will get up and I'm my room do some incline…

Using a tdee caculator I have the option of putting in my bodyfat %. Without it my tdee comes to 3,539 calories per day. With 70% bodyfat put in the caculator my tdee actually comes to 2,137 calories per day.
