    I'm not completely settled on my end goal, I forgot to take into account you gain some weight if you lift (I don't want to lift too much but might have some weight that isn't food related if I'm working out) but I'm thinking around 130/140 cos I'm quite tall don't want to be "too" lean. We'll see how it goes
    Tbh il be happy to lose the belly weight

    120 is kind of a goal but I'd be happy at 125, 122 is the my lowest healthy weight

    I also don't want to lift, cause I just wanna be soft and skinny

    Was 60 kilos
    Am now since starting weight training 4 months ago 58 kilos.
    To stay the same or get heavier but due to muscle growth. If I loose some that's okay but not to much.
    166cm in height.
