My goal is 1200

I'm not completely settled on my end goal, I forgot to take into account you gain some weight if you lift (I don't want to lift too much but might have some weight that isn't food related if I'm working out) but I'm thinking around 130/140 cos I'm quite tall don't want to be "too" lean. We'll see how it goes

120 is kind of a goal but I'd be happy at 125, 122 is the my lowest healthy weight
