My goal is to lose roughly 100 pounds. I have lost about 38 so far. But I would like to lose 100 more. It is very hard to stay focused so what keeps you going and focused? Feel free to add me looking for motivation.

I need to lose 40 lbs. The good news is I'm down 30 lbs. Good luck to everyone on meeting their weight loss goals.5

I have lost almost 60 pounds since October and I would like to lose about 50-60 more.6
-
I lost 10 lbs (my ticker says five bc I started logging on mfp after losing five lbs). I have 30 more to go.3
-
Omg everyone congratulations0
-
I would love to be 118-125. Maybe 130 depending how that looks on me. Strong. Atleast 25% body fat. 118 would be borderline underweight and normal bmi for my height.2
-
That is an awesome goal.0
-
Mine is 80-100 depending on how I feel when I get there.1

I had to lose 35lbs. I'm 15 down, so 20lbs to go (took me 4 months for the 15lbs)3
-
I had 28 to lose, down almost 20, 8.5 to go. 5'4", 46, 133.5 cw, 125 gw. The first 18 came off fairly quick, this last bit not so much.
Congratulations on your 38 lb loss so far - that's fantastic progress!5 -
My initial weight loss goal was 225. That is the weight I was at when I had a traumatic change in my life and spiraled out of control, getting up to 400 lbs. People knew I was gaining, but never did I realize the weight I was at, as I didn't go near a scale and didn't want to know. I hit that goal last week, now I am at 221. My next goal is 200. I would love to see that in a few months, but although I log and exercise, I just hit brick walls at times. After that, I think I would be content at around 175. I just want to get where I am excepted by people. Now it is more, don't be seen with the fat ugly girl and hate that feeling. I miss having friends.11

I lost 30 pounds between May and October of 2015, with the help of MFP and my Fitbit, after that I went into maintenance for several months. Now I'm getting back into weight loss mode and would like to lose an additional 25-30 pounds. I'm 5' 6" and my goal weight is between 132 and 137 pounds.
Congrats to everyone else on their weight loss and good luck meeting your goals.4 -

That's around my goal too. You can do it if you stay focused. Which is really my biggest issue when I'm around people that aren't eating healthy it's so hard sometimes.0 -
I started my lifestyle change (diet & exercise) on March 1st. I weighed in Feb 29th at 308#. I am not certain yet, what my end goal is..I'm thinking 200 pounds. Maybe less..I am 5'11 and should weigh less. Last week I weighed in at 258.2 (down 49.8#) Weigh-In day is tomorrow..so I am hopin to officially pass the 50 pounds down mark.
I wish everyone else success on their journey!2 -
My current goal is to get back on track. I've lost a lot of weight (just over 130 lbs...although I was at almost 140 lbs lost back in April) and switched to recomp at the end of April with a change in my lifting routine. Shortly after the switch, I started feeling hungry all the time and I was just giving in to the hunger. The result I've gained a few lbs back. If I'm lucky I might have added 0.25-0.5 of a lb of muscle, but I'm thinking most of the gain is fat/water. So starting today, I'm working my way back down to where I was (fluctuating the mid-high 120's right now...was in the low 120's) and then I will attempt recomp again.1

My weight loss goal initially was 147, which was around about the weight I was when I first met my fiancé. Started this journey on 16th January at 178. This was my goal for my wedding in August, but as I'm at 149 now I'll be hitting that pretty soon!
My next goal is 140, which will put me at the top range of my BMI.
My end goal? I have no idea. I haven't weighed less than 147 in my adult life, so as soon as I hit 146 I'll be in completely new territory. I'll just keep going until I am happy with what I see in the mirror.3 -
I need to lose around 50lbs, and am 85lbs down.
It was easier losing the 85lbs.3 -
I want to lose 14lbs to get to 126. I'm down 44lbs, did get to my goal weight of 126 last year but crept back up to 142 after I moved in with my bf.2

I have 97 lbs to lose and have lost 3 for a total goal of 100lbs lighter.2

I started on MFP at 214.8 lb. and set an initial goal of 170. As I was approaching 170, I realized that I'd still be fairly plump at that weight, so I revised it to 160. At 160, I decided 150 might be better (I was 138 when I got married in 1995). As I approached 150, I thought that was a pretty good weight, and realized that what was more important to me at that point was fitness and body composition: scale weight was less important than being able to meet my running and cycling goals, and looking good regardless of what the scale said.
I've been maintaining around 150 - I lost about 2 lb. without intending to do it on a vacation in Iceland last summer (the food is definitely NOT the reason to visit Iceland!), and then gained a little back on a vacation in Hawai'i to celebrate my in-laws' 50th wedding anniversary in the place they met.
My POV is that the scale is a very useful tool when you're starting to lose weight, because it's easy to use. As you get closer to your goal, though, the scale is less useful, because the number it gives - just your total weight, including fat, lean body mass, and water, not to mention a few pounds of food working its way through your intestines - is less useful than muscular strength and endurance on the one hand, and body fat on the other.3 -
My goal is to lose 240 pounds, which sounds terrifying. Instead I'm just going to aim to lose 60 pounds four times! Four goals are better than one!8
-
My goal weight is 145-150 so I have about 10-15 lbs to go.1
-
I originally wanted to lose 55 ish pounds. But I've lost about 12 and looking back, getting down to 160 might be a bit low for my height. I don't know, I'll play it by ear. For now I want to get rid of those next three pounds and get below 200.2
-
I want to lose 100 lbs. everyone says I will look sick if I'm 120 but I'm not listening to them. I am eating 1900 calories a day to lose .5 a week. I am doing I t the healthy way. if I like myself at 150ish ill stay there but if I feel I still need to lose more I will lose more!2
-
I've been overweight most of my life. My goal is to lose 55 lbs and keep it off. It's going slowly but this time I am incorporating lifestyle changes and tracking them to make them habits.2
-
My goal is to lose 145 pounds. I have lost 125 pounds already.7
-
Right now I am weighing in at 485 pounds. My ultimate weight goal is 200 pounds. My mini weight loss goal right now is 20 pounds. After that I'm just going to keep on trying to lose 20 pounds.8
