    92kg. Make it a nice round 50kg loss from SW to GW. Once I get there I will reassess and see where I'm at. I've got athletic goals too which may mean dropping a few more kg's after that.

    I would say I have a goal body composition, which is something like 12.5%bf. My guess is I am 20lbs away, but I don't know for sure, since I don't know my BF accurately. I'm just keeping an eye on it.

    I'm 5'2" and current weight is 139. I have little goals lined up but my ultimate weight goal is 120 and then I'll reassess from there. I'm hoping by November/December to be at 120. Taking it slow and steady so I can still enjoy food, drinks, and life!

    I'm 5'6" and currently 171 lbs. I would like (and expect) to get into the 150s or maybe even high 140s by the time I go to Hawaii in October. My ultimate goal 135 but I expect to reassess that goal as I get into the low 140s.

    I'm female, 5' 7" started 195 lbs, currently 148. Goal is to get between 135 and 145. Once I get there my focus will be to put on some muscle.

    I know this sounds rather vague, but my goal is to lose as much as I reasonably can by June, when I am anticipating knee surgery. So whatever that is, thats the goal - since starting in October, I have lost 51 pounds, so I am hoping that by the surgery, I will have lost another 20 lbs. Or a nice round 75lbs total, either one is acceptable to me.

    I'm 212 currently, and would like tp get to 140-160. I do not have a time frame because it ludicrous. I just want t be at a healthy weight and learn the skills I can during the process.

    I'm 130lbs now and I think my goal is around 121 but I still have no idea! I want to be at goal by my June birthday. It gives me 11 weeks but I only really lose weight the week after my period so I am hoping my real weight is around 128 right now. I may not actually be at goal by my birthday but I will still be feeling pretty fabulous

    My initial goal is 21 pounds, lost 12 pounds of that so far. That will give me a 10% weight loss. Hopefully after that I could maybe lose another 21 pounds and then I'd be happy. I'm no longer setting myself dates to lose it by though, this a pemermenant lifestyle change for me so it doesn't really matter how slow or fast I lose it. :)

    I just want to be in better shape and gain muscle tone. I fluctuate between 120-130 a lot but when I work out I weigh 130 but look thinner than I would at 120 without working out. Ironic..
