Thought I had posted here yesterday 🤦🏿♀️ 3 x yes - walking was my exercise. Made some yummy crispy kale to go with our steak and cauliflower 🥰

Day 18 Still here even though struggling. Tracked - yes Exercised - yes (ran around a park picking up pinecones for a craft project). Under calories - no. I try to track my water intake. Definitely notice a difference in my concentration when not drunk enough water!

Day 11 - tracked everything but went over my calories. Exercised for 20 mins (walking). No passes left. Determined not to give and will continue tracking 👍🏿🥰

Yes X 3 - exercise was walking in a hilly national trust forest. Favourite exercise - either walking or running on a crisp morning. Also love rock climbing but am out of the habit this year due to Covid...

@Dory_42 oooh jealous you’re camping! LOVE camping. To be honest I prefer swimming in river water as the water is less salty. Both, of course, are lovely! Super enjoy it 🥰

November 4 is a pass day for me (2 remaining) Favourite summer activity is wild swimming!
