I work out after work so between 5:30-7:30. My gym doesn't offer early morning classes and even if they did, I wouldn't go. I'm more of a night owl anyways

Congrats to everyone! The photos are so inspiring. I've just started my health journey of losing 30 lbs. I'm 5'1'' and CW 150, the highest I've ever been. My GW is 120 and seeing everyone's success just drives me more. Keep it up ladies :smiley:

I'm 5'1 and the daily goal is 1350 but most days I have trouble eating that many calories a day. I'm a vegetarian on a Low Carb High Protein/Fat diet so I have to plan my meals a bit more carefully. I'm also starting to workout again and I don't eat back the calories burn from the gym.
