Stop trying and start doing. 65 here. It's not a diet it's a new lifestyle. I don't diet. I eat what I want within reason and exercise

Eating healthy is really not hard. Reduce your intake slowly. Don't go form 4000 calories a day to 1200. That is not sustainable. Reduce your intake by 500 calories a day and as the weight comes off reduce it again. You can accomplish this. Here to support you if you like. FR me

You finally figured it out. Congratulations, you are on your way to success. Weight lose or gain is just math. We have to reduce our intake with calories intake or activity by 3500 calories to lose 1 pound. It doesn't matter what you eat, only how much.

For starters you are not old and broken. I am 64, and have had my share of injuries. Never broke my back but I have had herniated discs, both knees cleaned out twice and most recently hip replacement surgery. Both shoulders are a mess from sports. I started using this app when I was 62. Over weight and badly out of shape.…
