Hello everyone! I'm already four weeks into my new workout routine which includes 3-4 days a week of weight training and two days a week of H.I.I.T. cardio. Today I downloaded MFP in an effort to track my nutrition and to find like minded individuals on their own fitness paths! I would love to hear your stories, share recipes, workout routines and everything else in between. I am a single mom of three girls and this is MY year to focus on getting back into shape! I'm excited to try out MFP

    It sounds like you are well on your way. This app has been great for accountability. When first started using this app I crushed my goals. Then I thought I could maintain on my own and now I'm back. Im only about 10 lbs overweight but I need to get motivated to exercise during these cold months. Keep up your current routine and there is no doubt you'll hit your goals!
