No I wasn't exercising alot...but I am now doing jumping rope 10 minutes aday and burn 130 calories in average...hope it will move soon..

Hiw much time did it take you to strat losing again after going on deficit after maintainance? Was it quick?

No...No harm at all... I'm in 1200 calories aday...and I am only concerned about being at this goal or slightly lower, in many circumstances the message appear about sugars but I neglect it ...because I eat lots of dates throughout the day, and dates are full of sugars..but natural sugar .Na dmy weight loss is not…

thought if there are any researches regard8ng the same done...as there is a study done on potatoes and it.says that yes...washing potatoes after boiling does remove some of the starch there ☺

Yes I weigh them raw..but I meant ..does the starch content remain the same after boiling? If not. .then calories do change

Awwww...how much time did it take u to achieve skipping for 20 minutes straight? That is more than 200 calories burn... I am doing 20 minutes but doing HIIT ..30 sec jumping and 15 sec rest. .. And I do 135 jumps per min.

This is a very good idea...setting to maintainance at least will give a hint how far did I go.I want french fries...candies...ice cream ....spaghetti....etc...

No ...not that restrictive...1200-1300 per day...but I want realy to eat cooked rice or spaghetti as much as I want plus dried fruits...I'll try to do and see how much I can eat

For me I am only looking at Carbs as a whole and sonetimes fibers to make sure I am taking enough from them...don't care much about sugars as long as I am adhering to my Calorie limits

Yes I think u're right....I think I made a mistake when I just followed 1200 calories....there is no room manipulating them when weight loss slows down or plateaus. .. I will keep doinh what I am doing and see

@llbrixon @sijomial is totally right....when I first didn't have a scale or a dial scale that's it..I was weighing same as u...but When I had my digital scale ...quantites really changed and I got mote mindful of quantities and type of food. try that maybe u'll see some changes .

Thank u ..that was a good explanation. .I will use MFP "maintain current weight" which gave me a TDEE of 1820...and I think it is low as I chose sedentary

That's great...so u started gradulayy increasing calories till TDEE...and hoarding caloried during week days is a good idea to celebrate the weekends... cheers

I was on Pearl white slimming capsules and did great results and never l carry them over again. ..but tge only problem I noticed after then is having grey hair..can't relate ot 100% but I think it has something to do with it. I only carried weight in my pregnancy.

wowww...this graph came in the right time...also ur reply too...I was frustrated just the day before because after a week of dieting and expecting the scale to go down...unfortunately it was up by 0.3 kgs...I was soo frustrated that day and depressed...so it means normal to have many ups and downs but in over all the trend…
