I still have 6 pounds to reach my goal.And I have no idea about maintenance things and calories and how to start adjusting them after reaching goals. Should I just set my daily calorie to TDEE? Or I have to do this gradually? And if it is gradual...what is the best rate to do it?

1200 cal/day and exercise
I am on 1200 Calories/day and I still need 11 lbs to lose... Is exercise a must to do with this very low calories count? Because if I exercise I won't eat back caloriws burned as per MFP ...more over...I am not a sports fan except rope skipping occasionally

I am planning to wear my Polar sport watch for 24 hrs for 3 conscutive days in a raw and calculate my avg.
