The kids brought so many pastries today (meat, cheese, zaatar, and pizza)..and I ate approximate 200gms of cheese pastry...but didn't know how to log it in MFP!!! And I am not willing to eat anything till I sleep...did I ruin my diet?or can somebody tell me how many calories in 200 gms pastries? They are thin pastries by the way

Is it like a cheese danish? Just find something close in the database and log it as that.

It'll be really counter-productive, not to eat anything for the rest of the day. Just log the calories and get back on plan. You can't ruin your diet in a single day. Weight loss is made up of the decisions you make day after day after day, not just one day.

Just have something light, a pan full of steamed veggies with some tuna or something. Guilt will do nothing but make you miserable and more likely to quit.
This has to become sustainable and at points in your life your going to fancy a danish or something else. It's only a biggie if you make it out to be.

One pastrie won't make you fat, just like one salad won't make you thin
