Threads for othet languages?

Are there threads or pages for other languages than English? It has been recommended by one of the moderators but I couldn't find any.

    Go to Community -> Groups and search for the language you want.

    If you are on a pc, just look above your post, under Message Boards-Getting Started there is an arrow for changing the language.
