I am on 1300-1350 daily calories diet..and I am doing pretty good regarding weight loss and NSM....I tried hard in so many occasions to fill some times with sone exercises. ...but I am not consistent with that although I love skipping rope and elliptical exercises at home.
I am a mothet of 4 kids..10 months my youngest...and I am 24 hours working at home...and my setting hours don't exceed 3 hours daily.
Today I started to wear my Polar sports watch to see how many calories I am burning in 24 hours (TDEE) just to make sure that I am following the right daily calorie consumption.
Is there any one who doesn't play sports like me?

You've got 4 kids! I'm guessing you're getting plenty of exercise built into your daily activities.
When I started working from home, I had to find activities that were fun enough that I wanted to do them. I got hula hoops and now, if I want to watch tv, I have to hoop while I do it. And you can get get hula hoops for the kids, too, and challenge them to contests!1
