I think it’s most likely fluid as not over eaten. Had a naughty day today though with chocolate but first in months since I had any. Feel bit guilty but fancied a treat

Those are meals from gousto which I order to make and the recipe card totals the calories. I check the calories are correct on the card when it comes by adding it all up and weighing

Ok I might try get an appointment in gym as not really sure about weights too much . Wouldn’t know where to start , only used dumbbells

I m doing body pump twice a week, daily walk, combat once a week and have added a swim once a week.

Yes I did but it’s the word I use for being leaner and the doctor also uses it, as well as other gym instructors so doesn’t really matter what it’s called just want to look slimmer.

Yes I am seeing someone for it. I weigh everything , using food scales, spoons and jugs . I do 80 minutes of fast walking a day pushing a heavy double buggy. I do body combat 3 times a week. A swim one night a week for 90 minutes . A body attack and a yoga class

I was eating 1300 calories a day and burning off 400 min a day to me that’s not maintenance calories

Been doctors they told me nothing wrong and to increase my calories as I exercise a lot. Yes measure everything

I think it’s probably my shape I m not happy with. But it’s hard for me to see what I actually look like when the sight I see is different . To everyone else I look slim . To me I look big

He said support for weight loss would be good idea to help me not obsess about food and exercise. I m not starving myself or anything it’s just the obsession. I am 5ft 4 and weigh 9st 6. I was 15 stone and a size 20 but now a size 10

I am the same and the doctor has recommended cbt for me as i m terrified of gaining weight or missing sessions. Obsess about calories and he said I have eating disorder.

Stayed the same for three months now. Was told by doctor to up calories to 1500 but still same

I m having 1500 calories a day before exercise and burning off at least 200-300 a day minimum. Should I cut down the calories back to 1200

I m not vegetarian to lose weight , I don’t like meat so struggle with what to eat as a replacement . I struggle a lot with food as I get obsessive about it due to having confidence issues and eating ones . Didn’t want people having a go at me. I know eating less calories and exercising loses weight. That’s what I am doing.
