I have put my calories up to 1570 that fitness pal suggests to lose a pound a week. Been same weight for months more or less but fluctuate up and down. I burn off between 400-500 cals a day so would this amount be ok or should I up the calories on exercise days ?

if you aren't losing weight then increasing calories generally wont help.
are you weighing everything you eat?
what exercise are you doing that burns that many calories every day?11 -
Normal body weight fluctuates daily. If you’re staying the same weight, for months, you are eating at maintenance (eating the amount of calories your body burns). You need to eat less calories than your body burns to lose weight. Are you weighing and measuring accurately everything you eat and drink? If you are, maybe you should consult with your doctor to rule out any medical reason for not losing weight.3

Been doctors they told me nothing wrong and to increase my calories as I exercise a lot. Yes measure everything6

measuring HOW? cups and spoons? of using a food scale for everything?
based on your photo looks like you are already well within your normal BMI and at this point any weight loss will be very slow (0.5lbs/week) which can easily be masked by daily fluctuations. at this point there is little wiggle room so logging needs to be more strict and accurate, thus weighing just about everything.

Regardless of what you think, you're probably just eating more than you think, burning less than you think or a combination of the two, not losing weight shows you are maintaining and therefore eating at maintenance. You can't cheat the laws of physics.6 -
ok reading thru your other posts - in your post you mention the doctor indicating you may have an eating disorder and that you work out a ton. Hopefully you are seeing a professional to address the body dismorphia (spelling) and anxiety over weight loss/eating

Yes I am seeing someone for it. I weigh everything , using food scales, spoons and jugs . I do 80 minutes of fast walking a day pushing a heavy double buggy. I do body combat 3 times a week. A swim one night a week for 90 minutes . A body attack and a yoga class1

speaking to your treatment team about your calorie goal is the best idea then.8 -
Depending on your weight and height, in fact 1500-1700 could be your maintenance calories, IF you are calculating your intake and output accurately.
Listen to your medical team. We cannot possibly help you in this case.5 -
If you currently have a treatment team for an ED, then this really isn't the best place to be looking for help.

Perhaps your metabolism has slowed down from chronic dieting and the calculations are off bc of that. Look up metabolic adaptation. Best of luck to you.5

I would take the Doctors advice. Also it seems you are working with a pro for advice with food this is the best you can do.1
