Holiday
Feeling like size of a house . Over done my goal each day but staying under guidelines for a women of 2000. On holiday in America so feeling guilty. Only over indulged 3 days so going to try be good rest of week

Little advice
Hello my diet hasn’t changed, still eating the same as I have but have increased exercise weekly. My weight seems to have gone up over 5lb since snd not sure why. My diary is public if anyone could offer advice please

Body pump class
Would body pump class be classed as weight training or would weights in the gym be better on machines for toning

Calories
I have put my calories up to 1570 that fitness pal suggests to lose a pound a week. Been same weight for months more or less but fluctuate up and down. I burn off between 400-500 cals a day so would this amount be ok or should I up the calories on exercise days ?

Struggling
I m at a stand still with weight, doing 4 gym classes a week and walking everyday . Been doing this for few months now and still not getting anywhere. Been vegetarian to for 4 months

Been exercising like this for two weeks now Mon - 80 mins walking 1 hour body pump Tues - 80 mins walk 1 hour combat Weds - 80 walking 1 hour pump Thurs - 80 mins walk 6k run Fri - 80 mins walk Sat - 1 hour combat Sunday - 4K run Do you think this is too much ?

Going to do insanity class at gym tonight , any idea how many calories it burns as can’t find it on fitness pal

Rest days
How many rest days should I have a week ? I think I ve worn myself out I ache everywhere today . Have done 4k run sat and sun , combat mon Tuesday and insanity last night. Walked around 4 k a day to pushing two children about 4 stone between them in a buggy on school runs.

Struggling to eat enough
The days I do exercise I struggle to eat enough calories. Eaten loads today (see diary) but still so many left as done so much exercise .

I m confused my weight seems to have come to a stand still and gained couple of pound some weeks. I m sticking to calories and macros same as I have all way through so unsure on what’s happening .
