Saggy skin

My dilemma is I ve lost weight over a stone and my tummy is a bit saggy as a result. Any help with exercises would be great please as it’s getting me down

    You really can’t exercise your skin. Building muscle might help a bit, but otherwise many people find that the best cure is time and patience. Good luck and congratulations on your loss!

    Remember two things you can't exercise:
    Fat and skin.

    You can of course exercise muscles and "hanging" your skin & fat on a better frame can help appearances as can improving poor posture.

    Skin does recover but how much is down to age, how much weight you have gained & then lost plus genetics.
