  • Sugar (carbs) always seem to make me fat and give me more sugar cravings. It's an ongoing struggle. I'm a sugar addict! Then I read how sugar breaks down cell walls and collagen and causes early aging/wrinkles and ever since my vanity has been doing a better job controlling the cravings then my healthy-willpower.   • We paid a specialized mosquito repellant company to spray our yard (all natural, main ingredient is Rosemary) every 2 weeks all summer to avoid any risk. We live outside of Chicago but figure why chance it? Mosquito spread viruses can get serious, fast.
